Why is it so Hard to Ask For Help When You Have Depression?

May 7, 2020April 28, 2020

One of the hardest things for me to do is ask for help. I even have a hard time accepting it when it’s offered. This is especially true when it’s related to my mental health. It’s really silly when you think about it. If I sprained a wrist or became…

A Little About Me

I’m Tara, a fashion designer, animal lover, blogger, and hobbyist photographer. I am an anxious depressive who dreams to help end the stigma that surrounds mental illness.

I am a wife to a wonderful man, and together we have a beautiful daughter named Cassidy. I am also a pet-parent to a rambunctious dog and 3 gorgeous cats.

As a “multi-passionate entrepreneur,” I run this blog as well as my YouTube channel, and an Etsy shop.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoy watching my journey.
